The Beginning of Anything You Want
Treatment at ClearVision Health and Wellness involves various evidence-based therapies that provide patients with the skills required to maintain their sobriety and improve their mental health issues. We want to give them the skills needed to succeed, both during their time at our residential treatment center and beyond. We do this by offering services in a bilingual and diverse setting.
Once accepted into our community, our medical team assesses each patient; this includes physical and mental health evaluations. This approach ensures that patients will receive the most thorough and comprehensive care possible.
At ClearVision, patients will participate in intensive group and individual therapy using such therapies as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness.
In addition to evidence-based therapy groups and sessions, all held on-site, patients will participate in daily 12 Step meeting attendance in the community, as well as a 12 Step study group, one-on-one therapy, daily guided meditation, and nutritional wellness.
Types of Substances of We Treat:
Twelve Steps, One Day at a tIME
Helping one another achieve and maintain sobriety is the foundation of the 12 Steps. Through shared experiences, mutual support, and meetings with other addicts who have surrendered their addictions, individuals in recovery foster support and new patterns that result in mental and emotional transformation, a found path to recovery.
12 Step Program benefits include:
Mind & Body
It is easy to blame addiction on drugs and alcohol, but they are not always the leading cause.
To help determine one's desire to use, ClearVision residents receive 5 - 8 hours of individual counseling each week. As a cornerstone to our program, one-on-one therapy provides much-needed individualized time not offered by other programs. We believe that when an issue is not addressed, it will decrease one's chances of long-term success.
In our experience, most addicts have poor self-regulation habits and have become accustomed to moving from emotional discomfort to coping mechanisms immediately.
A daily guided meditation session allows residents to calm their minds and rebuild good habits. Through this daily practice our residents will learn to create a divide between thought and action. In doing so, you will slow down and process thoughts independently of taking action.
Proper nourishment is another way in which we help our residents to heal their bodies and minds. Our culinary program provides balance and restorative nutrients to assist with physical recovery. In between meal times, residents have access to healthy snack and refreshment options. We can accommodate many dietary requirements including but not limited to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, Kosher, and more.
